Placement Cell Process
The eligibility for placements at IAME requires a minimum of 80% attendance in all subjects. The candidates must have a good track record with the company with whom they undergo their internship.
A detailed discussion among students and the company is conducted on campus/off campus to make students get to know the company in terms of opportunities for growth, job profile and remuneration. This interaction also makes the students aware of the work culture of the company.
Students who qualify to participate in the campus interviews will have to furnish their resumes' as specified in the IAME format.
The Company is requested to send the shortlist of qualifying students in advance to the placement committee.
The companies are requested to inform the placement committee about the modalities of the recruitment procedure to follow before arriving at the campus.
The Placement Team also actively participates for lateral placements of candidates having relevant work experience of 2 to 4 years.
All assessments and written examinations should be completed at least one week before the actual placement process.
