The Faculty members at IAME not only have exceptional academic credentials but also have the right industrial experience. They have the passion to teach and share their experience with the students. We have regular one on one session with the students to identify and provide any additional support that individual students might need.
IAME is committed to undertake Applied Research projects jointly with specific organizations in the areas of e-business strategies, entrepreneur development, application of quantitative methods and market research.
Core and Associate Faculty
Prof. B. Srinivasan – Dean, IAME
He is an M.Stat from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, P.G. Diploma in Computer Science from ISI, Calcutta, P.G. Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has over 35 years of industrial experience in the IT, Consulting and Manufacturing Industries in India, Oman, Bahrain, US and Singapore. Work experience covers areas like Software Development, IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Customer Relations Project Management and General Management.
He has also handled turn-key consulting assignments in Japan, UK, Belgium and Malaysia. Prior to joining IAME, he was teaching in leading B-Schools in Bangalore on various IT related subjects.
Prof. B.K. Kumar - MBA, IIM-A - His experience of over 30 years encompasses All India, UAE & OMAN -for over 14 years with Jumbo Electronics,
Dr. M. Bhuvaneswari – She is a Ph.D. Mathematics, M.Phil (Mathematics), M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. (Mathematics). She has vast experience as a Lecturer and has submitted various research papers and publications to her credit. She has been awarded the 2nd prize for best paper presentation on Fluid Mechanics by the Dept. of Mathematics, Bangalore University.
Dr. B. Meera – Dr. Meera was awarded M.Sc in 1982 followed by a Ph.D in 1995. She has a passion for the environment & rural development. She has published many articles regarding plant protection technology, horticulture, agriculture, soil and water conservation. She has hard core experience in the execution of scientific methods of agricultural, horticultural, soil and water conservation works suited to the land conditions. She has done research works on the differential adoption of plant protection technology (for pests and diseases), adopted by the farmers and is an expert in Integrated Pest Management in crops, organic farming and scientific plant protection technologies. She also has vast experience in effective management of cross-functional teams.
Mr. Vijay Raja – Chartered Accountant. He is a B.Com graduate with various other degrees like ICWA, LLB, FCA, CS. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant for more than 10 years. He also has more than 14 years of teaching experience and is associated with various institutes and learning centers as a visiting faculty.
His experience includes technical design, design methodology development, management of designers, setting up and maintaining labs, managing remote design centers, recruitment and retainment of high quality personnel of design of circuits, customer interface and product definition etc.
He has over 25 years of work experience as Commissioned Officer in the Aeronautical Engg. (Electronics) branch of the Indian Air Force. He has also worked as a professor of Management in the Bangalore University for the MBA programme.
